A task force for Colorado State University is looking into ways it can curb drinking among students.
The task force will debate and vote on 47 proposals this week such as banning bar owners from advertising drink specials and providing immunity to students who call 911 to report alcohol poisoning.
The task force was formed after the drinking death of sophomore Samantha Spady in September.
Its recommendations will be handed to the school's president by February 1st for his approval.
