Let It Snow!

Colorado ski resorts reported getting up to six inches of snow Thursday and Copper Mountain Resort has begun snowmaking operations.

Colorado Ski Country U.S.A. said Copper Mountain actually started making snow Wednesday night. Several other resorts are scheduled to start making snow over the next few weeks.

Copper Mountain is scheduled to open for the season Nov. 2.

Arapahoe Basin reported got six inches of snow Thursday and Keystone, Telluride, Winter Park, Snowmass and Aspen reported lesser amounts.
