Colorado Springs' largest highway construction project starts this summer.
It’s called COSMIX, which stands for Colorado Springs Metro Interstate Expansion.
The project will expand I-25 to six lanes from North Academy to Circle. It’ll cost around 150 million dollars.
The Colorado Department of Transportation will give COSMIX updates to keep the public informed on how the construction will affect them on I-25.
The project is set to be done in 2008.
