A stepped-up speeding campaign in Colorado Springs raised $4 million last year in tickets and fines. And it's even more this year, expected to bring in $5 million.
Police say the number of tickets they're issuing is starting to go down and accidents are slightly down as well.
But some drivers complain the campaign was waged only to raise money.
