Modified Stage Two Water Restrictions will go into effect Oct. 1 in Colorado Springs.
That means Springs Utilities customers will have to cut back their water use even more.
In the month of October, customers with even number addresses will only be allowed to water on the second Sunday, Oct. 13. Odd addresses will only be allowed to water the second Saturday, Oct. 12.
No new sod permits will be issued after September, but people will be allowed to install sod as late as Oct. 15.

In Pueblo, all outside watering is banned beginning Oct. 1. However, there are several designated days to water trees and shrubs.
