Faculty members at the University of Northern Colorado are upset top administrators received large bonuses.
Nine administrators received a total of $103,000 in performance bonuses while faculty members have gone two years without raises and have taken on more work during budget problems.
Administrators say the bonuses are part of their contracts and found the money within their own operations.
But faculty members believe the money came at their expense.
The school's president received a $30,000 bonus.
