I fully support and am for collective bargaing in the state of Colorado. Non unions companies are kind of encouraged to offer compatible pay, benefits and working conditions to keep or hire new employees. It is a win, win situation for the people of Colorado and for Colorado's economy.

The fact that the republican party is trying to demolish this before it gets off the ground shows how truly out of touch they are with the people in this community. This is exactly what needs to happen in this state, a collective bargaining bill, and a way to detabor! Let the people in this state get a fair shot at a pay raise, better health care, and more options to have a seat at the table with the bargaining bill. The teachers, police, and fire workers deserve to be paid what they are worth by this city. Not given the excuses they have been year after year. It is about time Colorado caught up to the rest of the country.
