Nineteen year-old Davon Thomas is set to be sentenced for his involvement in the October 2003 shooting death of a fast food restaurant employee.
Thomas avoided first-degree murder charges after agreeing to testify against Tecarra Graham who is believed to have shot and killed Robert Vigil as he riding his bike home from work last year.
Thomas will serve a 30-year sentence for armed robbery and kidnapping in 2 liquor store hold-ups.
Graham's trial will begin December 7th.
