More than 6000 felons and parolees have registered to vote in Colorado although they are ineligible.
Records show some have even voted as recently as the Primaries.
More than 40 percent are on parole or in community corrections.
Of those registered, 34% listed themselves as Democrats, 21% as Republicans, and 45% as unaffiliated.
Clerks from the state's 64 counties will meet with the Secretary of State to keep them from voting.
