Meat Recall

More than 1,000 lbs. of pork processed at an Iowa packing plant is being recalled because a microchip could be embedded in the meat.

The Sioux-preme Packing Company is recalling 110 pork shoulder butts. That's about 1100 lbs. of meat.

The microchips are used to measure scientific data in hogs.

The meat was sent to Colorado, Iowa, and Mexico.

The company says none of the pork appears to have reached the public but is still warning customers to return the meat.
