Mason Jar Restaurant Evacuated for Fire
Customers tell 11 News they were told the fire started in a wall in the restaurant on Corporate Center Drive, on the north side of Colorado Springs, between Woodmen and Nevada.

Customers tell 11 News they were told the fire started in a wall in the restaurant on Corporate Center Drive, on the north side of Colorado Springs, between Woodmen and Nevada.

Witnesses say about 40 customers were inside when the fire scare happened. The evacuation was orderly.

One person was injured. Am employee who tried to put the fire out using an extinguisher suffered smoke inhalation and breathed in some of the chemicals from the fire extinguisher. They were treated at the scene and didn't have to go to the hospital.
