For the second night in a row, hot air balloon teams set down their picturesque balloons on the ground at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs and lit up the night.

The Colorado Balloon Classic is happening at the park off Pikes Peak Avenue between Hancock Ave. and Union Blvd near the shores of Prospect Lake all weekend.

There was a mass ascension Saturday with more than 100 balloons. The same scenario took place Sunday morning and will happen again Monday morning. The Balloon Glo® is only set for Saturday and Sunday nights.

Join Colorado Springs Firefighters all three mornings from 6 a.m.- 8 a.m. They will be collecting Cheerios and Oreos for Care & Share at the firetruck in Memorial Park.
