Colorado Springs police say a burglar got away with several weapons and even a police badge during a break-in Thursday evening.

It happened at a home on E. Fountain Boulevard near Hancock Expressway.

Officers say someone forced his or her way into the home, and took two hunting rifles, a shotgun, a compound bow, and a police badge.

The badge was from the 1960s and belonged to the victim's late father. It was a silver badge from Bowman, South Dakota.

If you have any information on this burglary, or the stolen items, please call police or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
