Denver School Clinic Offers Contraception
Bruce Randolph School is the first in Denver to offer condoms, birth-control pills and emergency contraception for students whose parents have signed them up for service at the school clinic.

Bruce Randolph School is the first in Denver to offer condoms, birth-control pills and emergency contraception for students whose parents have signed them up for service at the school clinic.
The Colorado Association for School-Based Health Care says about 14 school-based health centers statewide dispense some form of contraception.
They include Adams City High School in Commerce City and Durango High School in La Plata County.
In 2009, Colorado's teen birth rate was 19.7 and Denver's was 30.8. Two years earlier, the statewide rate was 22.1 and Denver's was 41.5.
Federal health officials say the national birth rate for 15- to 17-year-olds was 22 per 1,000 in 2006, the most recent year tabulated.

So going by the rationale in this moronic group, "IF" I was going to drop out and steal from people you should use state funds to provide me with a gun and gloves. If a teen is going to do it anyway as you say let them go pay for their own condoms if they are too stupid or lazy to do this they should also be forced to pay for their own kids food day care, or abortion. The problem is simple keep your legs shut and your dingies in dry dock, or pay for your own kid! I pay for my kids diapers why dont they pay for theirs. Too many times we alter the problem to fix the situation. The real thing to do is educate them and let them live with the true consequences of their actions. Meaning they get a job and pay for it. Quit sheltering everyone from their mistakes and bad judgements, and make them own up fully for their actions maybe then people will learn responsibility.
