Fourteen-year-old Shailynne Manning of Cheyenne, Wyoming remains
in critical condition this morning at Poudre Valley
Hospital in Fort Collins.
The name of the juvenile who was charged hasn't been released.
Police say Manning fell from the top of the moving car Monday
evening in Fort Collins and hit her head on the pavement. The
driver and a passenger allegedly asked people nearby to call 911,
then drove away.
The car had been reported stolen from Cheyenne on August 27th.
It was later found in a residential neighborhood there.
