Woman arrested following shooting in southeast Colorado Springs

Police have arrested a 23-year-old woman following a shooting in the southeast part of the city.

A global political movement is taking place around the world today. Organizers say the Women's March is a rally to highlight women's rights, immigration reform among a host of other issues. Organizers say there were thousands of people who marched downtown Colorado Springs, things remained peaceful.
