The mother of six children tells 11 News the family is trying to stay strong and is taking the tragedy one day at a time. Salvation Army Needs Desserts

Posted: 12/17/2012 - Dessert is in short supply for The Salvation Army's Christmas meal on Christmas Day. They need any kind of dessert. Donations of dessert items are currently being accepted at The Salvation Army Community Center located at 908 Yuma Street between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. The organization will feed 5,000 people on Christmas Day.
