NHTSA Document On Chrysler Recall

Posted: 06/04/2013 - For the first time since 1996, An automaker is challenging a federal order to recall its vehicles. Chrysler is refusing a request to recall almost 3-million SUVs. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration says the gas tank is faulty and unsafe. They're referring to Jeep Liberties made between 2002 and 2007. U.S. Air Force Academy Parade

Posted: 05/27/2013 - The Air Force Academy's Cadet Wing has formal parades planned Monday and Tuesday, as part of the Academy's pre-graduation activities. Tuesday features the Class of 2013's Graduation Parade, 10 a.m., at Stillman Parade Field. Pre-parade events for Tuesday's parade begins at 9:30 a.m. and features performances by the Cadet Falconry Team at 9:45 a.m. and the Saber Drill Team at 9:55 a.m. This will be the last parade for the Class of 2013, as they turn over command of the Cadet Wing to the Class of 2014. The event is free, open to the public and tickets are not required. Seating is first come, first served. Visitors should enter the Academy through the Academy's North Gate, at Exit 156B off I-25. Visitors are advised to arrive early, as parade attendance and vehicle traffic are typically very high. Vehicles entering the Academy are also subject to random searches, which, along with construction on I-25, could also delay traffic. Parade parking will be at the Cadet Field House, where shuttle bus services will transport attendees to the parade field starting at 7 a.m. on Tuesday. The public should not bring large bags and backpacks to the parade. Cameras, video cameras and binoculars are permitted, but attendees should be prepared to remove the camera lenses for security inspection.
