Appliances containing Freon such as refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners can be dropped off for an additional $5 fee per item. Passenger tires may also be dropped off for a $1 per tire fee, with a limit of 12 tires. Electronic waste (computers or TVs) is accepted for a fee, upwards of $5 each, depending on size.
No bio-medical waste, ammunition, yard debris, furniture or household trash will be accepted.
Proper disposal and recycling of waste can prevent water and land pollution, and avoid excessive landfilling.
