They want to research and develop technology to alert parents when a kid is left alone in a car. They have a month to get 100,000 signatures in order to get a response from the White House. This may include, but is certainly not limited to, man-made disasters, hazardous materials incidents, missing persons, crime, or neighborhood/business evacuation notifications. You will receive time-sensitive messages wherever you specify, such as your home, mobile or business phones, email address, text messages and more.

Posted: 07/03/2014 - FORT CARSON, Colo. - 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson will host a July 4th celebration on Thursday at Iron Horse Park at 6 p.m. The event will feature live music from the New Sensations and the 4th Infantry Division band. The celebration will conclude with a fireworks show at 9:15 p.m. A wide array of family-friendly games and attractions will be available for attendees, including inflatable bounce houses, a corn maze, rock wall, bungee jump, free photo booth, and a wrecking ball. Admission is free and the event is open to the public. Fees will apply for some attractions as well as food and merchandise. Attendees are welcome to bring chairs and picnic blankets to the event. Pets and glass containers are not allowed. Personally purchased fireworks are also prohibited on post in accordance with local and state laws. To access the installation if you do not have a Department of Defense identification card, go to Gate 1 (access off of Highway 115), Gate 4 (B Street and Academy Blvd.) or Gate 20 (CO Highway 16 and I-25). You will need to show a current driver's license, auto registration and valid auto insurance. Allow extra time in the event of a vehicle inspection.
