Claire Davis Memorial Ticket Information

Posted: 12/27/2013 - The life of Arapahoe High School shooting victim Claire Davis will be celebrated next week with a memorial. The memorial will be held on January 1 at the National Western Events Center on 4655 Humboldt Street in Denver. It starts at 1 p.m. Tickets will be available to the public Friday, December 27 starting at 10 a.m. There is no charge, but anyone wishing to attend must get one. Recycling Christmas Trees

The tree is turned into mulch and the mulch is free. Salvation Army Needing Meat Donations For Christmas Food Bags

Updated: 12/18/2013 - The Salvation Army needs your help! The Salvation Army says a donor who had pledged to donate 500 turkeys to The Salvation Army for their Christmas food bags has canceled. The Salvation Army is now in great need of at least 350 turkeys, whole chickens or hams before their Christmas food bag distribution to over 450 families on Saturday, December 21. If The Salvation Army does not collect enough meat, they will have to withhold food from their regular weekly food distribution to compensate. If you are able to help, bring a meat product to The Salvation Army at 908 Yuma Street in Colorado Springs between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Colorado Company Recalls Meat And Poultry Products

Inspectors found that it was being produced under insanitary conditions, including rodent activity in the production, storage and retail areas of the property.
