Olympic gold medal-winner Misty May-Treanor is dropping out of "Dancing with the Stars."
The beach volleyball champ suffered a torn Achilles tendon during rehearsals Friday. On Monday night's episode, May-Treanor came onstage using crutches to announce her withdrawal from the top-rated ABC reality program. She says she'll have surgery Tuesday.
May-Treanor is a two-time Olympic gold-medalist. She says she's come back from serious injury before and will do it again.
