Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother has acknowledged that she last told her that she wanted to be buried in California near her idol Marilyn Monroe.
The admission comes in Virgie Arthur's second day of testimony in a Florida court, and could hurt her fight to have Smith buried in her native Texas.
The testimony hits at the center of a dispute between Arthur and Smith's companion Howard K. Stern, who wants to bury Smith in the Bahamas with her son Daniel, who died last September.
Arthur says she also wants to exhume Smith's son and rebury him in Texas as well.
The judge in the case has promised a ruling by Friday.
