The Chairmen of both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party are speaking out about yesterday's GOP Gubernatorial wins in Virginia and New Jersey.

President Obama is no where near as popular now as he was at the time of the 2008 elections.

I think the GOP needs to relax and not get too excited about this. President Obama is very popular and this is too vague to say it's any type of voter revolt. The true indicator will be in November 2010. If the House and Senate lose large numbers of seats only then will the GOP be able to say that they are representative of the majority of americans.

Republicans, hold true to economic conservatism if you regain control of Congress. The spending must stop!
