Colorado Voters Weigh Pot, Driving Rules in Elections
It's election day for many Colorado municipalities, and this year's ballots include questions on legalizing marijuana and taking away cars from people driving without licenses.

The article is just a reprint form the AP. It states Marijuana is on the Breckenridge ballot and the vehicle issue is on the Denver ballot. And I agree why vote - city council will just figure a way around it.

Your news item indicates there are proposals on this election ballot to legalize Marijuana and to take vehicles from unlicensed drivers. Where do you see these as ballot issues on today's ballot?

"this year's ballots include questions on legalizing marijuana..." If those municipalities have city councils like ours, it won't matter what the vote determines -- the council will just do their own thing anyway.
