Early Voting Achieving Some Mighty Results In El Paso County

Early voting is achieving some mighty results in El Paso County. Monday’s voting at the county’s three early voting sites totaled 3,842 ballots cast.
On Monday, the seventh day for early voting, there were 1,046 ballots cast at Centennial Hall, 1,609 ballots cast at Citadel Mall, and 1,187 ballots cast at Chapel Hills Mall.
Early voting started October 20 and lasts through October 31.
There are three sites open for early voting- Centennial Hall, at 200 South Cascade Ave. in Colorado Springs; Citadel Mall, Suite 3124; and the Chapel Hills Mall, Suite 179. The hours for the last week of early voting at Centennial Hall are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The hours at the mall locations are 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Through the first three days of early voting, more than 6,000 voters in El Paso County took advantage of the service.
Tuesday, October 28 is the final day you can fill out an application to request a mail-in ballot be sent to you. If you opt to pick up the mail-in ballot in person, the deadline to apply in person at Centennial Hall is Friday, October 31, at 5 p.m.
Any mail-in ballot must be received at the election office by 7 p.m. on November 4th in order to be counted.
