Republican presidential candidate John McCain predicts the resurrected financial bailout bill will pass the House, but says it is just a bandage and not a cure.

On the eve of a make-or-break second try for the bailout package in the House, McCain held a town hall meeting with female voters in Denver. The economy is a top concern for his audience.

He says many Americans are still cynical about the economy. And after voting for the bailout package in the Senate on Wednesday, McCain is calling it a tourniquet, not a cure, that will only stop the economic bleeding temporarily.

After that, he says the next president must fix the way business is done in Washington.
