It's time to dress like a cow and get some free chicken. Chick-fil-A is hosting "Cow Appreciation Day" on Friday, July 13. Come dressed from head to hoof as a cow and get a free meal. Wear a partial costume and get a free entree. The deal is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and you can even print off a cow costume starter kit from the Chick-fil-A website. It's also offering prizes for the best costumes.
Summer is a great time to relax with a good book or new music. You can get both for free all year long. The Pikes Peak Library District and the Pueblo City-County Library District offers many free e-books, e-audio books and e-music. The Pikes Peak Library District even offers free e-videos. All you need is a library card and an e-reader, and you're good to go.
Our military families can enjoy free admission to more than 1,800 museums across the country, including more than 40 right here in Colorado. We have a link to the list of participating museums. The offer is good through Labor Day, September 3.
