Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit dedicated to medical, dental and behavioral health services for people of all ages. We provide primary care services to low-income, uninsured and under-insured working families (as well as others with access barriers) within the Pikes Peak Region through fourteen outpatient centers at eleven locations.
