Four hundred jobs are on the way to Colorado Springs.

Alorica, which provides call center services for businesses, has just opened a call center in the Springs. They will be holding a job fair Saturday to fill hundreds of positions.

Jobs available are full time, and include customer service and technical support, as well as some management and support positions. The company said in a statement that most agent openings will have incentive opportunities. Training will be paid for all new hires.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, possess basic computer knowledge, and have customer service skills.

“We are excited to have a new brand in the community with a new image, Site Director Phil Sanchez said in a statement. “It is a very exciting time at Alorica; if you want to catapult your career–come to our company! We believe in creating opportunity for our clients, the communities in which we reside, and for our people. Over 70 percent of our promotions come from our internal employee team."

The job fair will be held at the new call center facility on 6805 Corporate Center Drive from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
