It once dominated the smartphone market, but now the Blackberry finds itself struggling to stay competitive in a market now dominated by iPhones.
The company behind the Blackberry, Research in Motion, reported losing $125 million last fiscal quarter.
It's now using a new tactic: targeting corporations versus the average smartphone buyer, who the company acknowledges it's struggling to connect with.
The company is also looking for partnerships or joint ventures to help compete with Apple's iPhone.
