Washington lawmakers passed the stimulus bill earlier this year to create jobs across the country. Now that the stimulus bill is in effect, some lawmakers say there is either fraud or negligence involved.

Lawmakers say millions of taxpayer dollars are being spent in congressional districts that don't even exist.
Two of those are in Colorado. The 00 Congressional District and the 30th Congressional District aren't real.

Representative Mike Coffman says "at best there is massive incompetence, at worst there is massive fraud."

Both parties are calling for an investigation into where the money has gone.

So how do I go about turning my personal address into a congressional district? I wouldn't mind a few million stimulus bucks! I'll even provide a weekly spending report with receipts! That's more than what the government does. Or how about a government study of my family? I know the traditional functional family is nearly extinct. The government had better document it before the concept is lost forever. The government waste is horrific. What if we just send our taxes to the wrong account like my own? Think I could get away with it? If the IRS can beat us down for a couple hundred bucks, why can't the government keep track of millions, billions, or even trillions? They can't possibly be that incompetent. It's deliberate, folks, and it's hidden under the guise of wasteful spending that seems to have no consequences for those involved.

Well put, Barney (not Barney Frank, I hope). I have tried several times to drink myself "Kennedy-stupid," to no avail. I'm going to have to try another strategy. It is truly beyond belief that there are still B.O. supporters out there. How deep can one bury their own head in the sand?
