About 200 employees with a Colorado Springs company, Deluxe Corporations, were delivered told the call center where they work is going to be shut down.

Hundreds of Colorado Springs workers have learned they're losing their jobs Monday.
About 200 employees with a Colorado Springs company, Deluxe Corporations, were told the call center where they work is going to be shut down. The duties of this local call center are going to be picked up by another center.
Employees tell KKTV 11 News they had no prior warning. The layoffs will take place in waves over the next few months.

My question is what other center is picking up the duties, a center overseas. Are they joining the offshoring bandwagon and laying off American Workers to hire workers overseas?

My brother was laid off from there two years ago. This is not new news, but a continuation of an ongoing trend.

They knew, several have known for weeks they were on the way out. Delux has been letting people go for months. It is rumered the city is looking at it for a possible clincal eviroment.
