3 arrested after allegedly robbing man near convenience store

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Three people are facing charges after allegedly mugging a man near a Springs convenience store in the wee hours of Thursday morning.

The victim told police he was on the 1400 block of North Academy Boulevard at 1:30 a.m. when he was accosted by four men, two with guns. They ordered him to hand over several undisclosed belongings, then after he complied, sped off in a blue Ford sedan. The victim was unharmed.

Patrol officers located the suspect vehicle nearly two hours later and arrested three of the four people inside. Police tell 11 News the fourth person is not being charged at this time.

The oldest arrestee has been identified as 18-year-old Rauk Langford. On Friday morning, Langford's mugshot was released. The other two are both juveniles and will not be identified.

The suspects are facing aggravated robbery charges.
