Man arrested on murder charges for Pueblo hit-and-run

PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - Police say they have found the driver who hit a man and left him in the road to die.

The victim was found dead in the middle of Azalea Street just after 5 Sunday morning. He has been publicly identified as 35-year-old Nathan Espinoza.

The Pueblo Police Department says they found his alleged killer in Northglenn Tuesday night. Rudy Sosa, 29, was arrested and transferred back to Pueblo to be booked into jail.

Sosa faces first-degree murder charges.

The incident happened on the 3900 block of Azalea Street. Police said Monday it was being investigated as a homicide.
