ORIGINAL STORY 7/10/18 (12:30 p.m.):
Law enforcement are looking for a developmentally disabled man last seen camping in Pike National Forest.

Colorado Bureau of Investigation says 22-year-old Travis "Cody" Dickson walked away from his campsite on Sunday evening while camping with family near Buck Gulch Trail. He left without a cell phone, and relatives say he may have made it to Highway 285 and hitched a ride from there.

Dozens of volunteers have searched the forest, and Flight For Life has flown over the area twice.

Dickson is described as a 6-foot-3 white male weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing a black "Deadpool" t-shirt, jean shorts and black hiking boots when he left the campground.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at 303-271-0211.
