SAN ANGELO, Texas (KKTV) - A couple linked to the death of an elderly Texas woman is believed to be in Colorado.

Ramon Garcia, 58, and Debra Garcia, 60, are accused of failing to provide medical attention for 77-year-old Edna Adian, who was under their care, and causing her death. Last March, police asked citizens of Colorado Springs to keep their eyes out for the couple, as they were thought to know people in the area and were believed to have fled there ahead of their pending trial.

Now, San Angelo police say they believe the couple was hiding in central Texas as late as summer 2017 but are probably in Colorado now. The last reported sightings of 58-year-old Ramon Garcia and 60-year-old Debra Garcia were in northeast Colorado and in Colorado Springs.

The pair are believed to be living out of a small RV.

Ramon Garcia is described as a 5-foot-8 Hispanic male with brown hair, hazel eyes, and a tattoo on his upper left arm. His weight was last reported at 245 pounds but police say because of ongoing health issues he may have lost a substantial amount of weight in recent months.

Debra Garcia is described as a 5-foot-5 Hispanic female weighing 112 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

The RV may be similar to a 1989 or early-90s Econoline Cutaway.

If you have any information on their whereabouts, call local law enforcement right away.
