We will be a bit cooler on Friday, with high temperatures remaining in the 80s and 90s. Spotty showers and storms will be possible during the afternoon and evening. Some hail, gusty wind, lightning, and locally heavy rain will be possible with the stronger storms, particularly out on the Plains. Some storms may cross severe thresholds. However, the storms do not look to be that widespread.
Saturday will be a warm day as highs return to the 90s to low 100s. The day brings another chance for a few spotty afternoon and evening storms... storms should be even more isolated and confined mainly west of I-25.
Sunday will likely be hot, breezy, and dry, ahead of another "cool down" early next week... However, despite the "cool down" there likely won't be any good rain chances.
