2-year-old missing since April could be in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A missing toddler from Tennessee could be in Colorado Springs.

Jeremiah Frazier, 2, is believed to have been abducted by his mother nearly three months ago. He was last seen April 19.

Saturday, the Bledsoe County, Tennessee sheriff's office announced they could have a break in the case.

"We have got some new information that indicates that Jeremiah may be in Colorado around the Colorado Springs area," a deputy involved in the case posted to the Facebook page.

Deputy George Hodge asked anyone with information on Jeremiah or his mother Gracie Frazier's whereabouts to call him directly at 423-447-2197 ext. 103.

Gracie Frazier is wanted on several felony charges out of multiple Tennessee counties.

Jeremiah is described as 3 feet tall and 40 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. A photo of him and his mother can be seen at the top of this page.
