Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
The Carmike Cinema off of Academy Boulevard, just south of Fountain Boulevard in Colorado Springs, is offering a $2 weekly movie for children. That price includes popcorn and a drink. The showings are every Thursday at 10 a.m. through August 9 and feature popular titles for children.
The Home Depot is holding its next free Kid's Workshop on Saturday, July 7 at 9 a.m. Your children can build their own Penske moving truck. The following Saturday, July 14, Lowes is offering a free Build and Grow Workshop at 10 a.m. Your children can build a Kung-Fu Panda spinning toy. Both of these events require that you register your child beforehand.
Salvation Army stores have a big sale happening right now. On Friday, July 6, enjoy 50 percent off all furniture. The entire store is 50 percent off on Saturday, July 7.
