The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is holding its "Accreditation Celebration" next week, and you're getting the gifts. It's offering free admission on Monday, November 8th, from 9am until noon. There are other specials each day including free mountaineer rides on Tuesday, and buy-one get-one admissions on Thursday, November 11th. The Denver zoo is offering a free day on Sunday, November 7th.
Do you love the arts? You can visit more than a dozen Denver museums for absolutely free during Denver Arts Week, beginning Friday, November 5th and running through Saturday, November 13th. They include the Children's Museum, the Denver Art Museum and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. There are more than 200 events. Colorado and the nation is honoring our veterans. Vets will receive free admission to all state and national parks on Veteran's Day, November 11th. Applebee's is also offering a free entree to all veterans and active duty military on Veteran's Day. You do need to provide proof of service. We've provided a link to the Applebee's website, where you'll find a list of acceptable documentation.
