Summer break is almost here and that means parents all across Southern Colorado are scrambling for ways to keep their youngsters busy. Here are some ideas that won't cost you a dime.
Borders Book Stores are hosting a "Double Dog Dare" Summer reading campaign that will nab your child a free book. If your child reads 10 books before August 26th, they'll receive one of 12 free titles from Borders.
Barnes and Noble is offering a similar deal in which your child must read 8 books before September 7th. Its Web site also has a cool parent activity kit to help keep your little darlings busy during school break. You might also check with your local library for other summer reading programs that offer cool prizes.
Your children can also beat the heat with one free game of bowling every day this summer at participating Brunswick Zone Bowling Centers. Just sign them up online and you're good to go.
There are age and availability restrictions on all of these deals, and remember, all offers are subject to availability and product providers may end these offers at any time.
Be sure and sign up for our free e-newsletter. We'll send deals like these to your in box every week. Click Here To Sign Up For The Here’s The Deal E-News Letter
