The month of May is just two days away, and with it, comes some great fun for the family at little or no cost. You can get admission to twelve of the biggest attractions in the area by purchasing the "Pikes Peak Plus Pass beginning May15th. You'll save around 20% and have something to do every weekend of the Summer. You can opt for the pick and choose pass if you don't want to visit as many attractions.
How about free day filled with tons of activities and a great atmosphere of fun? Head to the Colorado State Fairgrounds in Pueblo for the 14th annual Cinco De Mayo Fairgrounds Fiesta. It's Sunday, May 2nd. There's a morning run/walk, then the celebration begins at 11 a.m. and runs through 7 p.m. There's live music all day, fun for the kids, and great food as well.
Also on Sunday, you and your family can enjoy a free concert at the Pikes Peak Children's Museum. It's presenting "Stomp Into Jazz," the first in its "Stomp The Peak" concert series. Activities begin at 2 p.m. and the concert begins at 2:30 p.m.
