Why not wrap up the last month of summer with a night with the "boys of summer?"
You can enjoy an evening of Sky Sox baseball and hundreds of give aways, Friday evening, August 28th. The first 5-hundred youngsters through the gates will get a free hampster mask and then 100 lucky fans will receive a free "Zhu-Zhu Pet" toy. Stay for the fireworks and enjoy 6-dollar children's tickets and 8-dollar adult tickets. You'll make a lot more memories than you would at a movie theater.
The state fair fair begins tomorrow. When you go will make a big difference in what you pay.
There are tons of promotions throughout the fair's run. On Monday, August 31st, you can get buy-one get-one" admissions and an "all you can ride carnival" wristband. This Sunday is Military Appreciation Day and active military gets in free. On Wednesday, September 2nd, seniors get in free.
You can recycle your old computer this weekend and get a tax receipt. You'll find a link to this and all of the deals we've mentioned below.
