The government estimates we spend about $160,000 to raise a child to the age of eighteen, and that's before college. We want to chip away at that amount one free deal at a time.
You'll find free school supplies, school physicals, child i-d kits, and much more this Saturday from 10 A.M. until 2 P.M. at the Northern Churches Care 7th Annual Health Fair and Back to School Program hosted at Pulpit Rock Church in Colorado Springs. There'll also be fun kid activities and much more. It's for families in their service areas, and it covers a large number of zip codes in the city. You can get details at the link below.
Did you know your baby's first ticket to the circus is absolutely free?
Barnum and Bailey will give you a free voucher for baby's first circus, any performance, anytime, anywhere, with no expiration date. You can also print a special commemorative certificate from their website, that you can personalize with your child's name.
And this weekend, head north to Denver, for free admission to the Denver Firefighter Museum. It's hosting a free open house with fun for the kids and an inside look at one hundred years of firefighting. A family of four will save about 20-dollars on admission.
