Sunday, a classic performance by the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony at Wasson High School showed once again why the group will be performing next March at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
Sunday, the Pikes Peak Wind Symphony performed a free concert for people at the high school. This Tuesday, November 3, the Youth Symphony Association's "ENCORE! Youth Orchestra" and "BRAVO! Winds Band" will also present another free concert in tandem with the Wasson High School Orchestra. That performance starts at 7 p.m. at the school.

This is a fantastic group of young musicians! They sound very professional..cannot believe they are 12 to 18!
Thank you for covering the arts and sharing this clip of the Pikes Peak Wind Symphony. There are so many wonderful young people in our community doing awesome things and these kids are part of that majority. Seeing things like this warms the soul and gives me hope for the future. I can't wait to see them at Pikes Peak Center Dec. 5. Thanks again for sharing.
