A local dog is begging local residents to get to the Internet and cast their votes to help him win a national canine election! Winston from Colorado Springs is looking for votes in hopes of being named the first-ever Milk-Bone® SpokesDog.

During the past 9 months, thousands of pet parents from across the country have entered their pet in the Make a Milk-Bone® Moment™ contest. But there can only be one winner. 100 finalists were chosen, including Winston. Now America decides which four-legged friend deserves to be the official face of Milk-Bone® by voting between now and November 18, 2008.

The winning dog will receive a $100,000 contract to serve as the Milk-Bone® Spokesdog for the next year. The SpokesDog will also have his or her picture featured on a Milk-Bone® box and will be used in the brand’s marketing campaigns throughout the year.

Winston’s pet parent, Tom Rosenhahn, is excited his dog has made the finals. The big announcement will be made in January 2009.

But Winston needs your help now! Click on the link below to cast your vote!
