Shrimp Salad



1/2 lb Cooked 71-90 shrimp
1/4 C Red & Yellow Pepper (small dice)
1/8 C Red Onion (small dice)
1/8 C Chives (small dice)
3/4 C Mayonnaise
1 tsp Sweet Chili Sauce
2oz Dijon Mustard
1 fl oz Worcestershire
1.5 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp White Pepper
1tsp Lemon Juice


It is important to cut all vegetables the same size so you will have all the flavors evenly through the mixture. Mix eggs, mustard, mayonnaise, tabasco, worcestershire, old bay and pepper in a separate bowl. Add the dry mixture (your vegetables) to the wet. Mix thoroughly.

Serve on a croissant, over a bed of greens or with fresh avocado. However you decide to serve the lobster salad just remember to have fun and make it yours.
