Ingredients

2 C Water
2 C White wine
¼ each Yellow onion, chopped
1 each Celery sticks, chopped
1/8 C Old Bay seasoning
1 each Bay leaves
½ tsp Whole white peppercorns
1/8 C Pickling spice
Bouquet Garnis (fresh herbs)
Juice of two lemons

Directions

Bring to a boil. Chill and re-use this stock for future soups & other recipes.
