Sifting through items at the old 11Call for Action office brings back great memories of how our volunteers helped so many viewers with consumer issues, retrieving millions of dollars in cash, merchandise, and services.

We're excited about continuing those efforts at our new building.

Be sure to get a copy of your credit report every year.

Security breaches at Target, Michaels, and Neiman Marcus mean it's more important now than ever before to police your own accounts.

Take a few minutes to go online everyday and look for any suspicious charges made to your checking account or credit cards.
